The tiny fourth-floor hotel is impeccably clean, and the lift works well enough to save you from tackling the stairs every time. Location-wise, it's a bit hard to find off the main thoroughfare, which can add a bit of adventure to your arrival.

The entrance to the building is truly shabby and offers an uninviting first impression. Once inside, you'll notice the room size leaves much to be desired, making movement cramped, especially with limited shelf space and a lack of proper furniture. The street noise can be disruptive at night, so expect to hear the city's hustle and bustle, not ideal if you're looking for peace. there's only one electrical outlet for the fridge and kettle, which can be a pain if you're trying to enjoy that morning coffee without constantly plugging and unplugging. The beds are a letdown too—two twins pushed together with noticeably different mattresses.

The staff’s friendliness, especially during check-in, created a welcoming atmosphere. the room's size was tight, with limited storage options, and noise from the street was a nightly concern. while basic amenities were available, a few more sockets for charging devices would improve convenience.

stayed at bypillow for 2 nights and loved the location near the metro station. the room was nice and clean, and the pin code access was super convenient. they offered free snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch that made the stay even better.
